This panel was designed to be an upgrade to the Jubilee centres pool in Bolton, the panel controls inverters to do night set back to conserve energy, this also contains feature pumps and a feature air blower. Within the panel we have top up controlee to keep the pools water level consistent via low volt valves and floats. There is also UV control, chemical dosing, lighting and back wash shut down.
This pool panel was designed to run a bespoke pool and a feature splash pool in a holiday camp in Aberystwyth, This panel controls invertors to set back at night to conserve energy, within the panel you have UV control, chemical dosing, theses are all interlocked with water movement. It also controls lighting and it contains a shut down system for high temperatures and has a back wash tank to shut down on high levels. Feature parts are also controlled by low voltage switching.

This 2 panel system is in a medical facility, that controls a hydro therapy pool, Using 2 filter pumps and 3 swim jet pumps. This plant has a co2 dosing system alongside a UV panel as per the image. There is various interlocks controlling the UV and dosing systems. The swim jets are controlled by air switches that are pool side that control timed segments in the panel. There is one common emergency stop to shut down the control panel and pool that is also pool side.
This job was installed in leisure centre in Wales, this contains a full sized competitive pool and learner pool, also on site there is a hydro therapy pool used by the NHS.
There are 3 major plants behind these 3 systems comprising of invertor driven pumps, chemical dosing plants, uv plant and booster pumps due to size of runs.
This is a large scale system designed for heavy use with 3 of our panels controlling all aspects, with the runs from panel to pumps being approx. 65 meters. There is a number of balance tanks controlled by float switches energising top up valves with high level and low level floats to keep the balance tanks stable. we have an onward pumping station for backwash that is designed to shut down the system if it goes on to high level while in back wash.
