Even though production is a very important part, testing the product is as important or maybe even more so. Therefore we test every item before leaving the workshop multiple times to ensure it is in full working order for when you receive the product.

Ever since we started producing our panels, we have been complimented for our quality and our enthusiasm towards our customers' needs. Since the start of the company, we have had very few complaints with our products, but just in case, we offer a full 1-year parts and workmanship guarantee on all the work we complete.

Please note: Our guarantee strictly covers failures directly resulting from our supplied parts or internal manufacturing work. Any unauthorized alterations, tampering, or component adjustments will automatically void coverage. If our engineers are called out to investigate a fault and the issue is determined to be external to our panel (such as site supply or incorrect field wiring), our time and diagnostic labour will be invoiced at our standard hourly rate.
